A. If you have the access to your registered mail id and mobile no, reset your password to access 'Dealer Portal' by clicking "Reset Password"
Click "Reset Password" to access Dealer Portal
- Enter valid TIN No suffix V (VAT/CST dealer only).
- Enter valid PAN No.
- System will auto-fetch registered Email & Mobile.
- Click Verify → Enter received OTP.
- Enter Password & Confirm Password.
- Click Submit.
B. If you don't have access to your registered mail id and mobile no, update the same with required document by clicking "Update Email/Mobile?"
Click "Update Email/Mobile?" and follow steps:
- Enter valid TIN No suffix V (VAT/CST dealer only).
- Enter valid PAN No.
- Enter new Email → Verify with OTP.
- Enter new Mobile → Verify with OTP.
- Upload required documents.
- Click Submit.
Documents needed to update Mail Id and Mobile No.
- Authorization letter from registered dealer.
- Aadhaar Card / PAN Card of applicant.
