19. Fresh consolidated return :-
The fresh consolidated return to be filed under section 17 of the Act for the specified period or any part thereof shall be in Form XXX. The said return shall be filed before such authority and in such manner as has been specified in rule 8 within a period of 4 months from the notified day.
